Ahead of the game, here’s a list of Brighton’s injured players and their potential return dates:
James Milner
The experienced midfielder has made only three appearances this season. Fabian Hurzeler admitted they must be cautious with him, so he is unlikely to return until after the international break.

Potential return: November 2024
Adam Webster
The defender is dealing with a thigh problem and is also expected to return only after the international break. His absence has left a significant gap in the team, but the club is cautious not to rush him back.
Potential return date: November 2024
Joao Pedro Junqueira de Jesu
Pedro sustained a foot injury and has missed the last couple of games, but he is on the mend and might return this weekend against Liverpool.

March suffered a long-term injury, and there is currently no definitive return date. When fit, March is a key starter for Brighton. It’s clear that the team benefits from his presence.
Hurzeler commented: “We need to give him ample time, as a comeback from such a long injury is never linear. There will be ups and downs, but he’s doing well mentally and physically and is on a good path.”
Potential return: February 2025
