Chelsea man 'offers himself' to La Liga giants as Arsenal and Liverpool plot Premier League rivals raids

The latest Premier League transfer rumours as Liverpool and Arsenal linked with summer moves and Chelsea star 'unsettled'

The uneventful January transfer window may be a distant memory but that doesn't mean the Premier League transfer speculation grinds to a halt. The rumour mill remains in full swing as eyes turn to the summer window in which top flight clubs could be busy and, with that in mind, we've rounded up some of the biggest stories out there.

We'll start with the suggestions that Enzo Fernandez could be unhappy at Chelsea with reports in Spain claiming the Argentinian has offered his services to Barcelona. Sport claim the midfielder, who still has another seven-and-a-half years left on his Blues contract, wants to leave Chelsea and has ambitions of representing the Catalonian giants.

The report adds that any deal looks highly unlikely given his contract and that's not to mention the well-documented financial struggles Barcelona are experiencing at present. It comes as Chelsea continue to struggle to find traction in the Premier League, losing 4-2 to Wolves last time out at Stamford Bridge.

Fernandez has been with Chelsea since January 2023 after making the £107m from Benfica and he has made 51 appearances for the club in that time.

The 3AM Verdict: This certainly comes as a surprise given his passionate display and celebration at Villa Park in midweek, which seemed to suggest he was committed to the cause in west London. However, given Chelsea's struggles in the league, it wouldn't be a surprise if players were starting to regret the long-term deals they signed with the club in recent windows. Chelsea are unlikely to want to sell Fernandez and even if they were open to it, they'd expect to make a profit which effectively rules out cash-strapped Barcelona.

Arsenal eye Wolves man

Mikel Arteta's Arsenal are ready to make a move for Pedro Neto this summer, should Wolves need to sell. Reports have suggested that Wolves are right up against it when it comes to the Premier League's Profitability and Sustainability rules and a Teamtalk report suggests Arsenal are willing to help them out by taking Neto off their hands.

The winger has been linked with Manchester City, too, but Arsenal are said to see the Portugal international as someone who could provide competition for Gabriel Martinelli and Bukayo Saka on the flanks. Neto has been in fine form this season, registering 10 goals and three assists over the course of the campaign.

The 3AM Verdict: This one makes a lot of sense. Neto has been a leading man at Molineux for some time and a move this summer looks inevitable. His ability on the break and creativity ensures he would fit into most of the Premier League's elite sides and at the age of 23, he still has plenty of room to grow. His injury record might be a slight concern having missed a lot of football over the last two or three seasons, but when's fit and firing he can be electric.

Liverpool spot new full-back option

Liverpool are eyeing up a move for Fulham's USA international Antonee Robinson, according to Fichajes, via Transfer News Live. It is claimed that Liverpool are on the lookout for a player who can compete with Andy Robertson for a spot at left-back and Robinson is someone on their radar.

Robinson started his career at Everton and has been with Fulham since making the £2m move in 2020. His performances in west London have not gone unnoticed, though, with the defender racking up five assists in all competitions this season.

The 3AM Verdict: Robinson has been one of Fulham's key men for some time and it doesn't come as a surprise to see him linked with a top six club. However, the club tied Kostas Tsimikas to a new long-term deal in September, and while he has missed a lot of game time through injury, a move for another left-back surely cannot be deemed particularly likely.
