Oliver Glasner has made a positive impression since taking over at Crystal Palace. Prior to his move to England, he caught the eye at Eintracht Frankfurt over in Germany. He won the Europa League during his time with the Bundesliga outfit, after they beat Rangers in the final in Seville. The Eagles will be hoping that they can now cling onto him for as long as possible.
Palace also have the chance to bring in some new faces this summer. The south London outfit also have the opportunity to let some players head out the exit door, in what is likely to be a summer of real change at Selhurst Park.

The Red Devils have under-performed again and find themselves in the bottom half, and would be in a relegation scrap were it not for the abject performances of the three sides promoted from the Championship next season. Dramatic improvement all across the board is vital to their hopes of competing higher up the league in the 2025/26 campaign.
Ruben Amorim was picked as their manager last year after Erik ten Hag was sacked. He was a hit during his days in Portugal with Sporting Lisbon, but it has been a mixed start for him at Old Trafford and he will be seeking more consistency.
Crystal Palace and Manchester United Marcus Rashford swap deal
Crystal Palace have been linked with an ambitious move for Manchester United winger Marcus Rashford, as per The Sun. The England international, who has 60 caps under his belt so far in his career, has fallen out of favour with his current club. He was loaned out to Aston Villa in the January transfer window to get some game time under his belt.
Rashford said this past winter: "If I know that a situation is already bad I'm not going to make it worse. I've seen how other players have left in the past and I don't want to be that person. When I leave I'll make a statement and it will be from me. When I leave it's going to be 'no hard feelings'. You're not going to have any negative comments from me about Manchester United. That's me as a person. For me, personally, I think I'm ready for a new challenge and the next steps."

He went on to play 426 games for the North West giants and scored 138 goals. The forward has since enjoyed his change of scene at Aston Villa and has found the net on three occasions in 14 outings.
If Unai Emery’s side don’t end up landing him permanently, the door could open for other teams to swoop in. It seems unlikely that he will ever be part of Amorim’s plans now. He would be perfect for Crystal Palace and would boost their attacking ranks. However, would they be able to tempt him to join them?
Crystal Palace should use Marc Guehi as part of Manchester United deal
There seems an air of inevitability that Marc Guehi will leave Crystal Palace in the near future. His deal expires next year so they risk losing him for nothing. He is showing no signs of putting pen-to-paper on extension either. Therefore, they should use him as part of a swap deal with United to get Rashford.
Amorim could do with bolstering his defensive department and Guehi would be ideal. He is experienced at the top level and has proved himself. The Three Lions ace is also comfortable on the ball and is still only 24-years-old so has potential to get even better.

Hide AdGuehi is a product of the Chelsea academy and went on to play two matches for the Blues before being loaned out to Swansea City twice to get some experience under his belt. The Eagles signed him in 2021 and he has since become one of their most prized assets. It will be a blow to lose him but they would be able to use the money they get for him to bring in replacements.
Speaking last year, he was relaxed about his long-term situation and said: "If I had a magic wand to sort everything out in an instant I would, but I don’t. You can’t control any exterior noise. I just focus on my football and giving my best.
"I want to play as long as possible. If I could play to 40, great. I have stopped trying to figure out where I end up [in my career] because you can get too wrapped up in those things. I’ve had a few goals that didn’t go quite right, saying at this age I should be here. That's a bit too presumptuous. Everyone has their own journey."
