Taylor Harwood-Bellis, Southampton. The Saints forked out £20million to land the centre-back on a permanent basis last year. He would add more competition and depth to Crystal Palace’s defensive ranks if they were to throw him a Premier League lifeline. The Saints have dropped back into the Championship and could struggle to keep hold of some of their key players over the coming months.
Lloyd Kelly, Newcastle United . The former Bristol City and AFC Bournemouth man has spent this campaign on loan at Juventus from Newcastle United. He was given the green light to link up with the Serie A giants on a temporary basis to get some game time under his belt. Like Harwood-Bellis, he would provide the Eagles with another option to pick from at the back if they lured him to South London.
Jobe Bellingham, Sunderland. Sunderland are likely to face a battle to keep hold of the midfielder if they don’t get promoted from the second tier. Bellingham, 19, has been one of their most prized assets since his 2023 switch from Birmingham City. Crystal Palace would be able to offer him regular game time in the top flight which is what he would be after.

Ben Doak, Liverpool. The Reds have a big decision to make on what to do with the Scotland international. He has spent this term out on loan at Middlesbrough to boost his development. If Crystal Palace were to snap him up, he would be a useful long-term option at the top end of the pitch.

Hide AdLewis Koumas, Liverpool. Koumas is another player at Anfield who AI predicts the Eagles could try and swoop to land. The 19-year-old joined the Merseyside outfit back in 2016 from Tranmere Rovers and has since risen up through their academy ranks. He has been with Stoke City on loan recently to get experience and fired six goals in 49 matches altogether for the Potters.
Cameron Archer, Southampton. The 23-year-old has suffered a couple of relegations from the top flight now with both Sheffield United and Southampton. He linked up with the latter just over 12 months ago but couldn’t prevent them from slipping back into the second tier. The striker has scored 44 goals in 160 matches so far in his career and has also featured for the likes of Aston Villa, Preston North End and Middlesbrough in the past.
