Broja, Garner, Coleman - Everton injury updates and possible return dates ahead of Brentford clash
and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
It has been a difficult season so far for Sean Dyche and Everton as they head into the international break sat three points and two places above the Premier League relegation zone.
With just two wins in 11 league games, there is a need for a refresh and that means the international break may well have come at the right time for the Toffees squad. Of course, a number of Dyche’s players will be representing their countries over the next fortnight - but the break will also allow some of those left behind to recover from injuries that have hampered their involvement in the season so far.

Hide AdWe take a look at the latest injury news from around the Toffees squad and see who could be back in contention to face Brentford when the final international break of the calendar year comes to an end.
Seamus Coleman
The Republic of Ireland international has only made one appearance in the Premier League this season and he also featured in a Carabao Cup win against Doncaster Rovers. Coleman was on the bench for a trio of league fixtures during the last month but suffered a thigh injury that meant he missed the hamstring draw at West Ham. Speaking on Coleman’s possible return last week, Sean Dyche said: “Unfortunately, he's got an injury, so we're not sure how serious that is at this stage. It's a minor hamstring, so we've just got to check that it's nothing too serious. We probably know today.” Possible return date: Unknown.
Youssef Chermiti
The former Sporting striker is yet to feature this season after suffering what Dyche described as ‘a very strange injury’. There is some hope Chermiti will be available by the end of the month as he enters the final stages of his recovery from a toe injury. Possible return date: Late February.
Tim Iroegbunam
The summer signing has not appeared since he came off the bench in a goalless home draw with Newcastle last month. An ankle injury is said to have been the reason behind his absence and it seems likely the former Aston Villa midfielder will not return to action until the festive period. Possible return date: Late December.

The former Manchester United midfielder suffered a back injury last month and has not made a Premier League appearance since the draw with Newcastle. Dyche suggested at the time Garner had suffered a ‘bad injury’ and a return to contention is not expected to come until the middle of next month. Possible return date: Mid December.
Armando Broja
The Albania international is yet to make his Everton debut after joining on a season-long loan deal from Chelsea during the summer. The striker has taken part in light training and, in Dyche’s words, will start building towards a return to full training over the coming weeks. Possible return date: Early December.
Dwight McNeil
The former Burnley winger missed the weekend draw with West Ham after suffering a knee injury but was believed to be close to being in contention to face the Hammers. That should mean McNeil will be available after the international break for the home game with Brentford. Possible return date: Late November.
