Richarlison, Van de Ven, Odobert: Tottenham latest injury news and potential return dates

Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou could be fighting for his job if they lose against Manchester City next weekend, following their surprise 2-1 defeat to Ipswich Town on Sunday. The loss adds to the shock defeat to Crystal Palace, who were also without a win until facing Spurs.
There was also the case of Brighton, where Tottenham took a 2-0 lead, only to drop the ball and lose 3-2. However, it’s an enigma, as they also deserved to beat Manchester City in the League Cup and came from behind to win against Aston Villa.

With that in mind, below is the list of their injured players and when they could possibly return:
Richarlison
Postecoglou has confirmed that Richarlison faces another lengthy spell on the sidelines after suffering a “significant” hamstring injury. The Brazilian had already missed two months of the campaign with an unspecified injury before picking up a new issue after coming off the bench against Aston Villa.“He was doing everything right. We kind of eased him back into playing and tried not to overload him, but unfortunately, he broke down again,” Postecoglou said.
Potential return: Early December
Wilson Odobert
Wilson Odobert’s return to fitness is not believed to be imminent after suffering a setback. The winger had made his return from a month-long absence due to a hamstring injury against AZ Alkmaar, briefly featuring off the bench.

Potential return date: Unknown
Mikey Moore
Teenager Mikey Moore missed the defeat to Galatasaray due to illness and did not recover in time to make the squad for the Ipswich match. But there is every chance that he will be back after the international break.
Potential return date: Saturday, November 23, vs Manchester City
Micky van de Ven
Micky van de Ven was forced off early in the Carabao Cup win over Manchester City last month. There is hope that the injury is not as bad as the one he suffered last season.

I think probably at the end of the international break, it will be about four weeks since he was injured, so it will be some time after that. But when exactly, we’ll just have to wait and see.”
Potential return date: Early December 2024
