We at 3 Added Minutes have some exciting news for you – we’re coming to your TV screens, with a brand new programme called 3 Added Minutes’ Fantasy Five-A-Side starting this weekend on Shots! TV.

Each episode, our very own Matthew Gregory and Jason Jones bring their dubious wit and wisdom to bear as they debate their dream five-a-side team from players who meet a very specific requirement. In the first episode, for instance, they’ll be arguing over who should make a squad made up solely of Premier League one-season wonders.

So if you want to find out whether Michu or Mido are in the team, or whether Klinsmann makes the cut, then head to Shots! TV, channel 276 on freeview, this Saturday at 7:20pm BST – and again on Sunday at 08:10pm BST. And we’ll be back with another team every week, picking out our squads from among current Premier League managers and the players we’d most like to go for a pint with, among many others...

And you can watch online, as well – just head to the Shots! TV website right here to watch the first episode now. And should you need any convincing, you can watch a clip from our One Season Wonders discussion at the top of this very page. To be honest, it probably started playing the moment you opened this link. And you paused it without even thinking, didn’t you? Didn’t you? Go back and watch it properly. Don’t think we didn’t notice…

Anyway, once you’ve enjoyed that slice of silliness you can head over to @3addedminutes to tell us why our choices were terrible and suggest some players we missed, or spend some time looking around this website to enjoy some of the finest and sharpest football writing on the internet – and don’t forget to check back next week for a brand new episode on Shots! TV and online.
