How much every Aston Villa star is worth on FM27: including intriguing 'not for sale' duo and £86m gem

The value of every Aston Villa player on Football Manager 27, ahead of the game’s full launch on November 10th.

Aston Villa’s 2026/27 season has been typically turbulent so far. Unai Emery’s side got the campaign off to a poor start as they struggled to adapt to losing the likes of Morgan Rogers and Youri Tielemans over the summer. The side have since rallied and are now 10th in the league table, with 12 points from their opening nine matches of the campaign.

Emery’s Europa League-winning side were handed a harsh lesson on the step-up required for Champions League football in midweek, however, as they were comprehensively outplayed in a 3-0 defeat to Barcelona at the Camp Nou. Next up, Villa take on Manchester United in a blockbuster fixture at Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon.

Meanwhile, Villa fans who aren’t enamoured with the international break will have some relief next week, when the shiny new Football Manager 27 is released. The game will allow Villans fans to step into Emery’s virtual shoes and control everything from tactics and transfers to training and talent scouting. Here is how much every Aston Villa star is worth on FM27.

Starting in goal, new summer singing Zion Suzuki has been given a hefty £59m price tag, after joining the club for just £25m last summer. His understudy, Marco Bizot, will see his contract expire at the end of the season, and is therefore down for a far more modest £5.8m. Third-choice stopper James Wright is available for a mere £850k.

Moving into the back line, Ian Maatsen is Villa’s most valuable defender sitting at a tasty £62m. He’s followed by new boy Matteo Ruggeri, who’s marked up at £57m. While Pau Torres and Matty Cash are also valued highly. The former comes in at £49m, while the latter closely follows at £47m.

Taylor Harwood-Bellis, who wasn’t registered for Villa’s Champions League squad, costs £33m, despite only just joining the club for £25m in the last transfer window. However, a quirk of FM is that newly joined players simply will not agree to leave their new club - even if, say, Real Madrid came calling with a hefty contract offer.

Both Victor Lindelof and Tyrone Mings are on deals that will expire next summer, and this is reflected in their Football Manager valuation. Lindelof is available for £22m, while veteran Mings can be picked up for just £10m. Completing the defence, Lamare Bogarde is deemed to be a £12m player, and has been listed for loan by the game.

Amadou Onana has been named Aston Villa’s most valuable player by Football Manager 2027, with an £86m asking price. The Belgium international is likely to miss most, if not all of the 2026/27 season with injury, but is clearly still highly valued by his club who will be eager to get him fit and ready to go again once pre-season rolls around next summer.

New sensation Johan Manzambi also has a pretty hefty price tag, coming in at £70m - £1m behind £71m Boubacar Kamara, who the game claims is a transfer target for Liverpool. Ibrahim Mbaye, Villa’s new signing from PSG, is down at £52m, ahead of the likes of Emi Buendia (£33m), Joao Gomes (29m) and Ross Barkley, who is Villa’s cheapest midfielder at £16m.

Interestingly, the game gives the coveted ‘not for sale’ status to two Villa stars: club captain John McGinn, and free agent acquisition Leon Goretzka, who came to Villa Park in the last transfer window after he left Bayern Munich at the end of last season. Whatever you bid for the pair on FM27, the club simply won’t sell.

Up top, star striker Nicolas Jackson - who has scored an impressive eight goals in 13 appearances since leaving Chelsea - is up for £59m, while his understudy Tammy Abraham is priced at £40m. Rather brutally, Brian Madjo (£26m), George Hemmings (£16m), Madou Keba Cisse (£19m) and Alysson (£13.5m) have all been moved to the U21s, with the latter being listed for loan.
