Steve Parish begin his career working in computer graphics and built up company Tag Worldwide before selling it in 2011. Parish led a consortium called CPFC 2010 to buy Crystal Palace and save it from a second spell in administration. Harris and Blitzer are American investors as part of the Apollo Global Management firm of which Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are also members. Textor is the former Executive Chairman of fuboTV.

David Sullivan was a millionaire by the age of 25 thanks to his work selling pornography before going on to own Daily Sport and Sunday Sport. Sullivan was an owner at Birmingham City before buying West Ham. Kretinsky is a Czech billionaire businessman and lawyer. He acquired shares in the Hammers in 2021 and is also co-owner and president of football club AC Sparta Prague.

Shahid Khan is owner of Flex-N-Gate which supplies motor vehicle components in America. He owns Jacksonville Jaguars as well as Fulham and is also a lead investor in All Elite Wrestling.

John W. Henry first made his money through trading before focusing on sports investment. Henry partnered with Werner when buying the Boston Red Sox and the two formed what would become Fenway Sports Group, which owns Liverpool, in 2001.

Nassef Sawiris is an Egyptian businessman who runs the Orascom conglomerate, first formed by his father as a construction company in 1952. Edens is co-founder of Fortress Investment Group and co-owner of the Milwaukee Bucks franchise of the NBA.
