How much every Chelsea player costs on FM27 - including £154m superstar and intriguing 'not for sale' status

How much every Chelsea player costs on Football Manager 2027, ahead of the game’s full release on November 10th

Chelsea’s 2026/27 season has been a mixed bag so far, with the side’s potent attack being undermined regularly by their calamitous defending. As things stand, Xabi Alonso’s side sit fourth in the Premier League table, with 16 points from their first nine league games of the season, while they exited the Carabao Cup just before the quarter-finals stage.

The Blues enjoyed a decent transfer window last summer, bringing in blockbuster signing Morgan Rogers for a whopping £117m, strengthening their squad with experienced duo Danny Welbeck and Jordan Henderson, as well as finally moving on shambolic stopper Robert Sanchez and replacing him with former World Cup winner Emi Martinez.

Meanwhile, Football Manager 27 is set to launch on November 10th, following an early access window that has seen players get an advanced crack at the highly popular management simulator. We loaded up our first save and went straight to the updated Chelsea squad: this is how much FM27 reckons the Blues stars are worth this season.

Starting things off with Chelsea’s goalkeepers, new signing Martinez is the only player at the club seen as untouchable, with a ‘not for sale’ status meaning the Blues simply won’t entertain any offers. This makes sense, given the lack of quality, affordable options replacements they could sign who offer the same reliability between the sticks.

Mike Penders, who has been in fine form over the past couple of games, has a £53m price tag, while the options behind him are far more affordable: Gabriel Slonina is valued at £425k, while fourth-choice option Teddy Sharman-Lowe is listed as a £180k player. Interestingly, it had both players down as being available for loan.

Moving on to defenders, club captain Reece James, despite his injury issues, has a £97m transfer value. His fellow full-back Marco Palestra is also worth a bob or two, with the new summer signing rated at £85m. £53m-rated Malo Gusto, who FM27 has made available for loan, has a host of interest clubs on his tail. Wonderkid Josh Acheampong is priced at just £35m.

New boy Pep Chavarria is rated at only £16.5m, Jorrel Hato is a far meatier £75m, while future club captain Levi Colwill is on for a minimum of £107, which shows exactly how highly-rated he is. The versatile Valentin Barco, who made himself unpopular with England fans after scrapping with Jude Bellingham in the World Cup last summer, costs £56m.

Cole Palmer named Chelsea’s most valuable player on FM27

Moving further up the field, Cole Palmer is classified as Chelsea’s most valuable player, with whopping £154m asking price. He’s one of four Blues to break the £100m mark, with Morgan Rogers (£142m), Moises Caicedo (£142m) and Joao Pedro (£120m) all considered to be eight-figure players.

Romeo Lavia, who put in a stunning performance against Manchester United last weekend, comes in at £83m. Henderson, meanwhile, is only £3.9m, given that he’s now 36-years-old. Brazilian starlet Estevao, who has struggled for game time this season, is valued at £65m, while Swiss army knife Pedro Neto £10m cheaper at £55m.

Geovany Quenda is, interestingly, listed for loan, and priced at £61m for any clubs looking to sign the Portuguese youngster permanently. Jamie Gittens is also loan listed, with Everton said to be keen, and is valued slightly higher than Quenda at £63m. Rounding things off, Welbeck can be snapped for a £4m fee.
